Ages 5 - Teens
A hands-on plant camp where kids explore nature through creative projects and planting activities. Each day is filled with fun, learning, and take-home creations inspired by the garden.
Day 1: Bugs & Seeds
Learn about helpful insects and how plants grow from seed!
• Learn about beneficial bugs and their role in the garden
• Build your own insect hotel to take home
Day 2: Leaf Art
Explore nature through creativity and observation!
• Go on a mini plant and leaf hunt
• Create leaf prints on paper
• Make clay leaf imprint keepsakes
Day 3: Planter Studio
Design, paint, and plant your own custom planter!
• Paint a terracotta planter
• Paint garden stones or plant markers
Day 4: Bird Feeder
Create something special to support your garden visitors!
• Build and decorate a bird feeder
• Learn how birds help your garden grow
• Take home your feeder and seeds to attract wildlife
(photos do not necessarily depict the exact project, as those will be finalized as the camp gets closer. But it will be something very similar)
***There is a $10 per camp discount if you do both the morning and afternoon camp in the same week. ($20 total).
***If you do both morning and afternoon camps in the same week, students should bring a lunch and will have from noon-1pm to sit and eat and relax while we switch over to the afternoon camp setup.
***If you sign up for 4 individual camps at once, you get $50 off the total price of all four camps.
