Ages 5-teens (we will adjust level of difficulty for older students)
This camp is all about exploring all types of paint media! Students will learn the basics of watercolor, acrylic, encaustic, cold wax and mixed media. They will learn color mixing, brush techniques, textures, and layering. Each project brings new materials, styles, and most importantly, the chance to explore, be expressive, and gain confidence.
(photos do not necessarily depict the exact project, as those will be finalized as the camp gets closer. But it will be something very similar)
***There is a $10 per camp discount if you do both the morning and afternoon camp in the same week. ($20 total).
***If you do both morning and afternoon camps in the same week, students should bring a lunch and will have from noon-1pm to sit and eat and relax while we switch over to the afternoon camp setup.
***If you sign up for 4 camps at once, you get $50 off the total price of all four camps.
