This is a basic sewing project to create a fun Fall or Halloween or Day of the Dead banner! The finished banners pictured here are ones I made before and are only to show an example of what we will make—it won’t be that exact fabric. The other photos show some of the fabrics I’ve purchased for this particular project and I will update with samples of the banners soon. You can mix and match and customize your banner. Price includes 5-7 triangles ( 7”x9”) with letters, if you choose. Words I’ve used in the past include “Boo”, “Spooky” and “Fall”. Since we hand-cut the letters, you can choose that night what you want them to say. Extra triangles can be purchased that night if you want a longer banner. I will provide all the supplies including fabric, bias tape for the tie and thread. You do not have to bring your own sewing machine, but if you have one, it’s helpful so you don’t have to share!
Extra triangles will be $5 each (includes two layers and one letter)
